Lucinda Motley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Medical Director at CosMed Aesthetics in Tigard, Oregon. She specializes in advanced injectable treatments — Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and PDO thread lifts — along with medical weight loss programs tailored to each patient’s health profile.

With more than 25 years in healthcare, Lucinda approaches aesthetic medicine the way she approaches any clinical care: assess first, understand the whole patient, then treat. She evaluates facial structure, skin quality, and health history together, and builds treatment plans that work with a patient’s anatomy rather than against it.

Her philosophy is that aesthetic treatments are medical procedures, and they deserve the same clinical rigor as any other care she provides — a standard she holds across the entire CosMed clinical team.

Hebe leads the aesthetic direction at CosMed Aesthetics, setting the treatment standards and client experience our team follows every day. She evaluates every new technology and product before it reaches a client, designs our non-medical treatment approach, and personally trains our providers so that results stay consistent across the entire practice — working alongside our medical team on all injectable protocols.

With more than 13 years in aesthetics, Hebe has worked with thousands of faces and bodies, and that volume shapes how she sees each new client. She assesses skin texture, tone, facial structure, and how a face ages before recommending anything. Her philosophy is restraint over excess, and natural balance over dramatic change.

For Hebe, the goal has never been to make someone look like a different person. It’s to make them look like themselves, rested.

With more than 18 years of nursing experience behind her, An brings a clinical mindset to aesthetic injecting. She understands facial anatomy, assesses each patient’s health history before treatment, and knows how to recognize and respond to complications — the kind of judgment that comes from nearly two decades in healthcare, not from a weekend certification course.

Patients often mention how gentle her technique is. An takes her time, explains each step, and treats conservatively — building results over multiple visits rather than overfilling in a single session.

Sam is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an injector at CosMed Aesthetics in Tigard, Oregon, performing Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments under the medical direction of our Medical Director.

What sets Sam apart is a deep working knowledge of facial anatomy. Every face has its own structure — where the vessels run, how the fat pads sit, which muscles create which lines — and Sam maps that structure before the first injection. Mikhail oversees day-to-day operations at CosMed Aesthetics, making sure every visit to our Tigard, Oregon location runs smoothly from the first phone call to post-treatment follow-up. He leads our scheduling, training, and quality standards, working closely with our medical and esthetics team so that each client receives consistent, attentive care.

With more than 20 years of experience across sales and operations, Mikhail brings an engineer’s eye for process and a salesperson’s instinct for what clients actually need. That combination shapes how CosMed runs — treatments that are carefully planned, timelines that hold, and recommendations built around your goals rather than a script.

Outside the treatment rooms, Mikhail is focused on one thing: making CosMed the kind of place clients recommend to their friends.

Nikki brings nine years of experience in aesthetics to the CosMed Aesthetics team in Tigard, Oregon. She works on both sides of the treatment room: as an esthetician performing skin treatments — microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation — and as a consultant helping clients figure out what they actually need before any treatment begins.

That dual role is why her consultations tend to run longer than expected. She assesses skin, listens to goals, and builds a plan around what will realistically work — sometimes recommending less than a client came in asking for. Clients describe her sessions as calm and unhurried, and for anyone nervous about their first visit, Nikki is often the person we suggest they start with.
